Great Wall in New Jersey

"This is a family owned Chinese Restaurant and has to be some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. I grew up in NY, lived in CT for a long time, and Great Wall is tops of the list. I even just left my wallet there on accident, and they immediately pulled it behind the counter so that when I returned it was waiting for me. There are not many places left with customer service like this. Highly recommend Great Wall to anyone looking for top notch, fresh Chinese food with great customer service."

"This is a family owned restaurant that has been in the neighborhood for over ten years. they are open six days a week past 9pm. Occasionally the food is a little salty to my taste( even when you ask for NO SALT) but I support my neighborhood business. There is no delivery nor dine in but the take out is fast. Just so you know- this family still served the community during COVID. They did a great job which is why I continue to support. Stop thru. :-)"

"We have our usual Chinese place, but we thought we'd give this one a try because it was conveniently on our way home from a service. I ordered the sezchuan tofu. My husband got vegetable chow mein and we also got a side of vegetable fried rice. The sezchuan tofu was probably the best Chinese takeout I've ever had. It wasn't too spicy to eat but had enough kick to make my sinuses clear. The fried rice was too sticky and didn't seem fried. It was lacking in seasoning and flavor but the vegetables in it were big and chunky. My husband's chow mein looked great but lacked sauce. It was all fresh. I'll def be back for the tofu dish."

"Great Wall has always been my favorite local Chinese restaurant! Do not be deterred by the appearance - these guys make amazing food and I’ve never had a bad experience here! I no longer live around the corner and still make the drive out for these guys. My favorite is the general tsos tofu (always fried perfectly!). But the lo mein is wonderful, the cold sesame noodles are wonderful, pork fried rice is always delicious. Never had a bad meal."
